Precise servo motor control and a specialized sensor guarantee accurate tube rotation and color detection.
Filling precision is a hallmark of the IWK FP8. Proven IWK technology delivers high-precision dosing, while a servo-powered lifter optimizes the filling profile. Hot air sealing ensures a secure seal without the need for water cooling, maintaining consistent temperature and air volume.
The pressing and embossing station features a spring-loaded preforming tool to prevent tube wall adhesion, resulting in clean end seams.
The trimming station is designed for versatile cutting across different tube formats, with convenient collection of trimmings.
For metal tube filling, the IWK FP8 offers robust folding stations and a press capable of single, double, triple, and saddle folds, ideal for pharmaceutical applications.
